Author(s): Chris D. North

Year: 2000

Summary

In April and May 2000, SWCA, Inc., Environmental Consultants (SWCA) conducted cultural resource surveys for EPNG's Line No. 2000 Project, surveying the former All American Pipeline in Cochise, La Paz, Maricopa, Pima, and Pinal counties for the Arizona segment. At the request of EPNG, SWCA began the cultural resources survey for this project in April 2000 in support of an Environmental Assessment (EA) being prepared by ENSR, Inc., in conjunction with a pipeline acquisition, conversion, operation filing with the FERC. This report describes the cultural resources studies completed in the Arizona segment of the proposed right-of-way (ROW) of the Line No. 2000 Project. SWCA surveyed the original 100-foot-wide All American Pipeline construction ROW and will survey 100-foot-wide rights-of-way centered on proposed crossover pipelines. The cultural resources survey of the proposed crossover pipelines will appear in addendum reports to this main report for the Line No. 2000 Project.
