During July 13-15, 1981, there was a visit to Patrick Air Force Base (AFB), Cape Canaveral Air Force Station (AFS) and six nearby tracking and communications stations to obtain information to develop a plan and cost estimate for a cultural resource survey and evaluation of these eight facilities. After visiting Patrick AFB and the six ancillary stations, it became apparent that there was little probability of discovering significant cultural resources at any of these seven areas.
